smsglobal.com can't add it

    I’m trying to use smsglobal.com with this plugin , but I can’t set the gateway
    also smsglobal.com has an API
    and can’t activate it ..

    Also it uses a shared pool numbers, so what’s the correct settings ? also for phone number do I have to insert + for global numbers or use 00 instead of it ?
