SMS via Twilio not working.

  • I have done everything I could to make the SMS working. While the test notifications are going none of the woocommerce order status updates are going. I don’t see anything in the log. I have tried to contact WP SMS team several times within the plugin contact form but I have not received a single response. I don’t have any other way to contact except to post it here. Can someone kindly look into this for me ? My license has been also integrated.

    When did you send the email to wpsms? so I can track the ticket.

    have you followed the get started steps??
    -first, you need to setup your twilio account details in the general tab properly and click on ” test” tab to see whether you are able to send sms or not, if everything is fine. activate woocommerce addon ( if you have it already) then activate the order statuses all and try to make an order.
    By the way, if you use free trial access to twilio.com, then your customer phone numbers much be verefied.

    anyway, since you see no logs, so the plugin isn’t activated properly.

    I didn’t send any email. Within the plugin I see the contact form and that’s what I used atleast 3 time in past 48 hours.

    I have followed the procedure
    The test sms notification is working and I can see in the logs.

    I have also enabled the order notifications for everything and I have been changing status of the order but I don’t see any activity.

    Also it seems like I got the plugin from freemius and I couldn’t find contact / support page.

    The contact form from freemius is actually ours, we should have received your messages on our inbox, but we didn’t, I am going to look into that tho.
