SMS via Twilio (client reminder) stopped working

  • Hi,
    from 2019-09-19 (by twilio log) the Booking system is not sending SMS via twilio to remind appointment to the client.
    SMS test console works well.

    Does anybody have any recommendation?

    Hi,

    did you checked if you have a positive credit on your Twilio account?

    do you have any errors inside your SMS logs ?

    I am experiencing the same issue. No Twilio SMS messages ahead of appointments. All is good on the Twilio side.

    Hi,
    yes, I have a positive credit on Twilio. As I wrote, SMS test console works well.
    Twilio SMS log doesn’t display any appropriate errors.

    we don’t use SMS for anything else then for reminding clients so I can’t say…

    any progress with this issue?

    Still appears to be an issue in Version 3.19.1. I checked my twilio sms logs and do not see any reminders for over a year now. The booking sms message is going out fine but the 24 hour reminder is not. Please advise. Thanks!

    What documentation do you have / did you use to set up Twilio with this plugin? I’ve had a hell of a time setting it up. I had Twilio Tech support remote in and they couldn’t figure it out.
