SMS Verification not working

  • Hi for some odd reason the SMS does not send confirmation to the customers. It sends it to the admin but not to the customer.

    Using Twilio

    Hi,

    this issue happens with real customers? or on test reservations?

    Take a look at the Twilio sms logs and see the sms messages history and look for any error message.

    I don’t understand your question, but I have the plugin live. Now the admin gets text messages on new bookings but the customer doesn’t get text messages or emails of confirmation. Also my Twilio sms logs has no errors.

    Same problem, on plivio logs i see only sms to me. But nothing to customer phone number
