SMS reminder does not work

I would like to clarify. Everything, including follow up sms for feedbacks, work. The only thing does not work is the SMS appointment reminder. I set it at various interval to test but nothing seems to work. Thanks

Just set this up myself, not sure if its working yet, but following this topic incase it doesn’t.

Just a quick follow up – the reminder worked for me – I am using Plivo though.

Did you use the test sms option to make sure there isn’t an error in your settings?

Yes, I used the test console. Everything works except the sms reminder. Could you share your Plivo setting? I couldn’t ger Plivo to work at all. Thanks!

I just took the values from Plivo and put them in.

Auth ID -> Account ID
Auth Token -> Auth Token

Then put my phone number in without the 0.

What error do you get back when you use the test SMS?

make sure that the “Phone” fields is mandatory.

@elliot007 I keep getting the error “Plivo: Please check your settings”
I attach the screenshot here so you can see my setting in the sms test console. Am I missing something?
