SMS problem

  • HI team,
    I’ve downloaded your plugin but unable to send SMS to customers. On test mode it was OK but when I paid Nexmo it stopped sending SMS to customers.

    Pls advise what setting do i need to do in order to resolve that problem bare in mind that I am not developer.
