Sms notification to seller

    Hello,

    I use Dokan and I well read that the plugin allow to send Sms notification to seller when there is an order,
    I installed the plugin to confirm (without having an account to SMS Alert yet), but I actually don’t see this option.

    In the Woocommerce tab I see “Customer Notifications”, “Admin Notifications”, also “Notify Me” (don’t understand what it is but I guess it’s not what i’m searching ;)), but I don’t see “Seller Notifications”, or “Vendor Notifications”, or “Post author Notifications”… perhaps you could clarify that for me please ?

    Yes it works with Dokan, you can refer documentation for the same here.

    Admin Notifications template will be sent to vendors.

    Please feel free to create a demo account on https://www.smsalert.co.in to test the same.

    Just to be sure, SMS from “Admin Notifications” will be sent to both admin and vendor ?

    Yes, that will go to both admin and vendor.

    However if you wish you can send it just to any one or both.

    does this plugin works with wcfm marketplace?

    WCFM supports our plugin, please check this link.

    To be more precise, WCFM uses SMS Alert hooks/classes to send SMS, but the SMS sending functionality from WCFM is developed and managed by WCFM team.

    So in case, you have any questions regarding the same, you may need to contact WCFM support.
