    Could you please enter the phone number with the county code?
    Let me know if you still face the same issue.

    Also, according to the new DLT registration rules, each sender id and SMS template must be registered on the DLT platform with a unique account and it should have the KYC of the owner.

    Could you please confirm if you have registered the SMS template on the DLT platform?
