SMS Automated Workflow

  • Hi, I’m looking to create an automated SMS workflow sequence. Does the annual cost of the plugin cover sending SMS messaging or would I need to get another integration such as Twilio for that?

    Also, is it possible to set up eCommerce workflows with your plugin? I need abandon cart, post-purchase upsell and win back sequences

    Thank you for opening the topic, actually creating the SMS workflow is not possible in the plugin at the moment, you probably need other integration to build this workflow like https://www.infobip.com/docs/moments/flow-elements

    In the case of the abandoned Cart, yes, this is possible with Add-On WP SMS WooCommerce pro

    Thanks for the response. Just so I understand correctly, I can’t create an SMS workflow with this plugin, but I can create the abandoned cart trigger with it?

    In order to create the SMS workflow, I would need another integration such as the one you linked to?

    Yes, that’s correct, you probably need to set up incoming message on Plivo and also use our Add-On WP SMS Two-Way
