    You get the “SMTP connect() failed” error when the SMTP details you entered in the settings are incorrect.

    Contact your hosting provider and tell them that the SMTP connection is failing. They should be able to configure the settings for you or give you valid SMTP configuration details that you can enter in the plugin’s settings.

    You can ignore the not secure notice. The browser shows that on forms when you don’t use an SSL certification on your site.
