Smooth Slider & Smart News Ticker is not working together

    Hi,
    I am a new user of WordPress. I have installed Smart News Ticker in the site. but when I am installing the Smooth Slider in the site it is making problems to the slider. Like there is coming background black color, image size is getting smaller & total slider area is getting smaller then previous.
    Plz advise, how to solve this problems with Smooth Slider & Smart News Ticker usage both at a site.

    We have checked your scenario. No such type of conflict occurred with Smart News Ticker plugin.

    Can you please send us a link, where you have embedded Smooth Slider? So that we can look into issue and try to fix it.
