Smooth Slider images not showing proper size

I love this plugin. I’m having a problem with the current site that I’m using it on where the pictures aren’t showing the proper size, even though the max width and height are set properly in the settings. I’ve tried using every different version of the pictures, from small to full size, and they are still not showing as large as I want them to. Any suggestions?
