Smooth Scroll to ID not working (Astra)

    Dear,

    For the links in the menu in the top of our site, the Astra smooth scroll is not working for 4/5 buttons. It seems to be working for the Contact button though. I am on the most recent Astra version (4.7.3)

    What could I do to resolve this issue?

  • Hi @sandervanl,

    Please go to the Customizer > Global > Misc then disable the Enable Smooth Scroll to ID and see it fixes the issue. If it does, please add the following CSS to your site to enable the smooth scroll behavior

    html {
  scroll-behavior: smooth;
}

    Thank you, this worked perfectly! Any ideas as to why it did not work using Astra’s own feature?

    Very pleased to know that!

    Actually, we also have a few users reporting the same thing. However, we are still unable to replicate it on our end. Already have it in our to-do list to check, though.
