Smooth scroll plugin, where?!

  • Hello,

    Ive been searching through the plugin for a smooth scroll, but everything I find is from bottom to top by clicking an arrow. All I want is a smooth mouse scrolling up and down, hope you guys can help me. Ive seen some websites that has this, I cant find them now to show you an example but I guess you guys understand what Im looking for.
