Smooth plugin and good support

I made the choice to use this plugin over some of the others we have tested on one of our projects. It didn’t take much convincing as it works quite smoothly and gets the job we needed done (to display just a small list of 12 members, each with a link to a specific pages, sometimes being their profile).

Recently the custom link option has been taken away and moved over to the paid version only, and since we didn’t want all images pointing to their profiles, we were left with just images. Unfortunate, but since the site is non-profit, I now have to battle with everyone to justify the cost of $30 (sigh) or scrap the entire thing and start fresh with a new plugin.

Thankfully, their support is fantastic and quick. They do answer questions same day it seems and this makes it quite easy to recommend them. Our situation might be a little odd, but in general (especially if you are using it for a business) I’m sure you wouldn’t run into the same troubles.
