Smooth downloading not working

  • When the button ‘use smooth downloading’ is activated, and i try to download a file from the playlist (using the download button), I always get the error-message ‘Download unavailable – please try again later’.
    I tried different browsers. We use a simple Web-Package from the provider ‘strato’.
    The audio-filkes are stored in the Media-Library, same domain, same wp-installation.

    Does anyone have an idea?
