Smilies showing up as blank

  • I know the smilies issue has been addressed but I don’t see any fixes for the nighly version I upgraded to on the weekend. I’m hoping that someone will answer me since I’ve posted about 3 different things lately and nobody’s said a word.
    With the new build 1.2 none of my smilies are showing up… just a blank and shows the code, e.g. ??
    I have the smilies in the proper subdirectory. Is there a code somewhere that I can change so they’ll show? Or should I move them to another directory for them to show? They are currently in wp-images/smilies and I’ve chmod to 666 on each one.
    Can you help?
