Smileys of Comment Form not working

Hey everyone,

The smileys of my comment form won’t load.
It says “Internal Server Error”

I’m using wp-monalisa, i’ve already deactivated it, but the error still occurred.

Does anyone ever had the same problem? How can I fix it?
