• Hi there, I’m just testing out your plugin and have noticed that I’m getting an email/password error for Smartsend VIP. I’ve double-checked my email and password and they are inputted correctly in the plugin settings so I am not sure why it’s coming back with a an error during checkout?

    Hi,
    Not sure what to tell you other than the ozpost module simply passes the login credentials over to the SmartSend API, and it is *their* end that produces any error messages.
    I would suggest you try resetting the password and avoid using any ‘special’ characters (such as spaces, ampersands, quote symbols, etc, etc.

    I actually did try resetting the password, though I do have the odd “special” character in there. I will try one without them.
