    Our donation form popup sinks to the bottom of the smartphone screen and the screen goes gray. Looks like the page is having a time-out, and users may not know to scroll down. Do I have to extract all elements from this page in order to get the popup at the top of the smartphone screen?!

    I don’t see a popup at the moment. Can you describe in detail how I can reproduce that behavior so I can see the problem live?
