    Hi,

    We’re seeing the following popup on all sites using this plugin https://i.imgur.com/K0pWRkW.png

    I’ve tried rolling black versions, tried disabling all other plugins, tried a basic theme but still the same issue.

    The only areas in the page that I can reference data-sm-options are:

    <ul id="menu-1-14e613b5" class="elementor-nav-menu" data-sm-options="{ showTimeout: 0 }" data-smartmenus-id="17087892829328628">
    <ul id="menu-1-14e613b5" class="elementor-nav-menu" data-sm-options="{ showTimeout: 0 }">
    <script id="eael-inline-js">jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
          $('.elementor-nav-menu--main > ul').attr('data-sm-options', '{ showTimeout: 0 }');
        });;</script>

    Please can you investigate and find a solution.

    Thanks

    Hi Hyflex,

    Greetings. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    We’ve checked your query. The SmartMenus jQuery Init error you mentioned is not from our plugin or widget. It seems like you’ve added Custom JS on your page. If you don’t need that Custom JS, you can remove it from your pages. Please identify the pages where you’ve added that Custom JS. After removing that, the error won’t be visible on our end. Please have a look at the demonstration here on how to locate and remove Custom JS code: https://d.pr/v/1pUYmB.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    That’s the problem, I’ve checked and can’t find any custom JS. If I disable the CustomJS the issue goes away. Is there an easy way to check all pages/posts for custom JS added?

    I know if I search the database for SmartMenus the only reference is Wordfence suggesting that a file has been changed (after an update) to:

    > wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/assets/lib/smartmenus/jquery.smartmenus.js

    So I assume Essential Addons has a clash with Elementor Pro somewhere…

    Even if I disable all experiments and features the issue exists…

    Hi @ashikurwp

    I’ve seen this issue popup now on a few sites, I’ve raised the issue with Elementor as well but the issue only happens when Elementor Pro is on version 3.19.0 or later while Essential Addons’ CustomJS is enabled.

    See: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/25294

    Thanks

    Hi Ryder,

    Greetings.

    Thanks for providing the details. I will forward this query to the Essential Addons DEV team for further investigation. Please allow us some time. I will get back to you soon with an update.

    Thank you.

    Hi @ashikurwp,

    For reference, Elementor as per usual claim that the issue isn’t there side to deal with and they said that Essential Addons should fix it or post to their GitHub if they feel it’s an issue with Elementor.

    Just like their refusal to work with litespeed to resolve the issue that only happens with their plugin…

    Thanks

    Hi?Ryder,

    Greetings. Thanks for allowing us time.

    We’ve rechecked your query with our DEV team. You will be able to preview the Custom JavaScript code from the console (on the page where you used that code) or the ‘Edit with Elementor’ section on the top bar of the page where you used custom JavaScript. From there, you’ll be able to find the page that includes the custom JavaScript. Please have a look at the demonstration here: https://d.pr/v/DkadWo

    Please check and feel free to let me know if you have any further queries.
    Thank you.
