Smartling media files are missing for ACF blocks on translated page

    Currently, I have Smartling connector (v1.13.0) and Advanced Custom Fields PRO (v5.8.7) plugins installed and it looks like they don’t work properly together.
    Pre-conditions: 2 multi sites available (EN, FR), Smartling connector and ACF are installed.

    I’m trying to translate EN page to FR via smartling connector. The page contains a block (let’s name it ACFBlock1) which is fully configured by ACF and has “Media” field which is used for attachments, therefore I’ve added an image (let’s name it ACFImage1) there.

    Once the page is sent to translation from EN multisite, the clone of this page appears into FR multisite.

    The issue itself is that the FR page doesn’t contain the ACFImage1 in the particular ACFBlock1, although it exists on EN page.

    After further investigation, I found out that ACFBlock1 trying to import image from media library of existing site, but the FR media library doesn’t have that image after cloning… It means that ACF has strict reference with current media library which is not covered by Smartling connector while translation.

    How this issue may be resolved?
