Could you please verify if you have any security plugin or firewall?

If so, please allow the WPMU DEV IPs https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/wpmu-dev-ip-addresses/

We will use our API to get the results

Please also check with the hosting provider and confirm our IPs are not blocked at the server end.

Please try a conflict test to ensure no other plugin is conflicting and causing the issue.

Take a complete backup as an easy revert point before the conflict test.
