Smart Youtube not displaying correctly

    I’m using Smart Youtube (latest version) and the videos are not displaying in post excerpts. It’s showing the code instead. You can see it on the front page here:

    If you click and read the full post, the video displays correctly.

    Anyone any idea how to fix it?

    (note: I know this plugin isn’t so essential these days because you can embed videos easily in the newer versions of WordPress, however I have lots of old posts that use it, and I’d have to do an awful lot of editing if I decided to stop using it. Besides, I’ve used this plugin for years and it’s been very reliable up till now. So I really, really would like to find a fix.

    I resolved this accientally by changing my theme, so it must have been a theme conflict.

    …and I realized that even though WordPress embeds videos, Smart Youtube is still really valuable, because it effectively turns the video into the equivalent of a featured image on excerpts. Very neat.
