Smart Tags doesn’t work

    Hi there!

    I’ve made a form connected to Clientify via FormsCRM, and I’m trying to use the smart fields to get the values that the fields with ID #1 and #3 have. I put them as {field_id=”1″} and {field_id=”3″} but it doesn’t return any value.

    What am I doing wrong?

    If the {field_id=”1″} and {field_id=”3″} smart tags are not functioning correctly with your integration, I recommend contacting FormsCRM support.

    Please keep in mind that this is a third-party plugin that we are not associated with. Therefore, if it is not working as intended, we are unable to offer support for it.
