smart slider plugin into main header HTML Box: how to fix auto hide-on-mobile?

Hi guys, i’m add my smart slider project (full width) shortcode into html1 box on customify builder basic, and theme auto added this classes to code:
class=”customify-grid cb-row–desktop hide-on-mobile hide-on-tablet customify-grid-middle”Result:
Slider hide on tablet and mobile width.if i remove hide-on-tablet and hide-on-mobile in chrome dev all immersive functions of slider perfect work.
Please tell me how to fix it with custom css / or another tricks.

close topic i think it’s plugin problem, can’t show two copies of one slider with one shortcode
if i get full version customify i can set two HTML blocks and two copies of slider (now i try to edit something in plugin config) / or i move this plugin to page content.
