    1. Major Problem, slider images are not switching on I wpad
    2. TextTLayers Appear a top of each other when switching Slides
    3. Positioning is all wrong
    4. Looks so bad

    Hi @carolleung

    Is this the device you’re checking your site on: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPad_2 ?
    This device was discontinued on March 18, 2014 by Apple, so it’s likely using and old and outdated browser.

    Smart Slider 3 only supports the major release of those browsers/OSs, which were released within the past 3 years:

    As I can see the latest iOS available for this iPad 2 is iOS 9, which is a major release from 2015, which was 5 years ago so Smart Slider 3 doesn’t support it. To be able to keep up with the modern coding standards, we need to drop the support of old and outdated browsers, which doesn’t (and probably won’t) support these modern codes.

    Can you check your site on a more recent device? Do you see the problems there as well?
