This was not resolved. I had to go back to version 3.5.0.6! 3.5.0.7 has a loading issue and loads way to slow. you didn’t even read what I wrote you just sent me generic info and close the case, not good at all. I was tried to let you know there was an issue, and you don’t care!

I’m sorry about this. I checked out your website too and I still see some loading issues. What I currently see is, that one of your files:
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/d3@5/dist/d3.min.js
creates a bigger delay during the loading of your page:

and this holds off the images of the slider. What I see is, that this JavaScript is delayed on purpose by WP Rocket, probably by its “Delay JavaScript execution” option. This option makes your codes run at a later time, so please try to turn it off and check again. If you need to update Smart Slider to see the problem, do that first. If you still see an issue, try to turn off WP Rocket all together, to pinpoint if the problem happens due to one of their settings or not.

ok, thanks I will look into this as I now see it happening on other pages with lightbox. and I did just update WP Rocket. I disabled WP Rocket and nothing changed so I am not sure. At least now I know where to look. thank you.

That was it WP Rocket “Delay JavaScript execution” un-checked and all is good now. sorry for thinking it was Smart slider, and thank you for the help.
