Smart Slider 3 as Header on all pages (Blog etc)

Have you edited only the homepage with Elementor? In this case the slider will appear only your homepage because you edited just that page.

Or have you made a custom header? https://smartslider3.com/blog/oceanwp-slider/#custom-header
In this case should work all of pages at least it worked like this for me.

You are right. I replaced static header with Smart Slider 3 only on Home page.

I am making website locally to learn Smart Slider 3. (slider.local)

Your help not worked for me. I had a slider which is “always on top” of other content like transperent menu navigation.

I got it hot to add a slider on every page including Blog Page.
But! How can I add a slider to category pages ?
In you article adding custom header to category pages are not mentionned.

I’m not that familiar with OceanWP so I can rather suggest you contact with their support.

If the Theme can add the description to the Category page, you can add a shortcode there: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/150-publish-on-wordpress#shortcode

Thank you. I never needed slider on post categories like:

https://travel.oceanwp.org/category/travel-tips/
When I click on edit category there is not any settings to insert slider shorcode but like if I edit page.
If my question about inserting slider shortcode to category (of) posts is not theme specific. Can you help please ?

You can copy your sliders shortcode from the Slider settings -> Publish tab and paste it to the WP menu -> Post- > Categories -> Edit Category -> Description

Thank you. It is working but breaks sidebar widgets. Hooks will be better to use I guess. Anyway. I will rate your help soon.
