    Hi there.

    I believe there’s a bug with “smart quotes”: if I put a link in quotes (e.g. "<a href="https://mysite.com">mysite</a>"), WordPress doesn’t put the proper ‘curly’ quote after the link text. So the result looks like “mysite“ instead of “mysite”.

    Can anybody confirm that behavior?

    Sometimes I think there should be one global Trac ticket left open to keep track of all the ways “smart” quoting gets it wrong…
