    Could you please once try to reproduce the same issue by having only Smart Manager and WooCommerce plugins active on your site and then do let us know your views on the same.

    If still the issue persists, then request you to kindly mail us your site admin login credentials along with short issue description at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    same issue I’m having exactly. I’ll try what you suggest but it always worked before

    Very interesting the problem is with another of your plugins
    I also use smart reporter and that is what made smart manager work again, when I turned off smart reporter

    Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of both Smart Manager and Smart Reporter on your site.

    As rechecked at our end, both Smart Manager and Smart Manager Beta seems to be working fine with Smart Reporter plugin active.

    So, if possible, could you please try to reproduce the same issue by having only WooCommerce, Smart Manager and Smart Reporter plugins on your site and do let us know.

    Also, if still the issue persists, then request you to kindly get back to us with your site admin login credentials along with the steps to reproduce the same issue at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
