Smart maintenance with different Site Address (URL)

Hey,
I’ve checked all user-roles in your settings, so they can see the normal page, but it doesn’t work.
I have checked with two different user-roles logged in visitting the site, but they go directly to the maintenance page.
My Site Address (new directory) is
https://nani.dk
and my root directory is:
https://naniweb.alco.dkHow to fix this?
