    Hi, I’m a long time user of the flexible shipping plugin.

    I now have the need to create a coupon that is based on a particular shipping method so I installed woocommerce smart coupon plugin which I have used before and allows this functionality.

    On testing I realised that it doesn’t work with your flexible shipping plugin… flexible shipping is shown as an option but not to a granular level where I can choose which type of flexible shipping method.

    This means the coupon shows for all flexible shipping options which doesn’t work for me.

    Is there a way round this to your knowledge or is there an alternative coupon plugin that you can recommend that would work with your plugin?

    Hi@mattyf , thanks for reaching out to us.

    Which version of the Flexible Shipping do you use? Do you use FS group shipping methods or single? If you have group shipping methods, please change it because we do not support it anymore. That might be causing the issue. If you have single shipping methods, then I think that it might be something more related with that plugin with FS itself.

    You see, Flexible Shipping methods are targeted the same way as WooCommerce flat rates. Each method has its own ID. So, it depends on how the Smart coupon plugin?targets the shipping methods.

    Hi,

    In answer to your questions…

    • I’m using standard Delivery Pro plugin v.4.19.1
    • I’m using FS single method – currently have 3 single shipping methods within one shipping zone.

    So I’m guessing this is something I need to talk to Smartcoupons about…

    Can you recommend any coupon plugins that will work discounting the shipping method using your flexible delivery plugin as previously explained?
