Smart Coupons not compatible?

  • Hello,

    The Jigoshop Smart Coupons plugin does not appear to want to play with the products or coupon creation forms. For instance, when I try to create a new product, the “smart coupons” tab does not show any of the coupons I created. As well as other issues. Before I go crazy listing them, is there a known compatibility issue? or is it not supported anymore?

    I tried contacting the original plugin creator, but they deferred to Jigoshop.

  • i have the same issue with smart coupons, they do not appear on the products smart coupons tab, nothing there at all.
    Followed al the instructions but they seem to be lacking

    Also does “Auto generate” need to be ticked – makes sense to tick it but the instructions do not say to tick this.

    Jigoshop Smart Coupons has been recently redeveloped by our development team.

    Are you experiencing this with the 2.0 version?
