    Hello!
I have a problem with the visualization of the gallery after 1.6 update (before everything was perfect).
My wp version is 4.7.3 and I use Envira Lite Version.
You can see an example of the gallery: https://www.pandoracreazioni.it/timbri/
The images are smaller, before they settled in an orderly masonry style.
    No problem with lightbox effect.
I read maybe similar problems but have failed to solve, can you help?

  • Hi @vpandora ??

Oh I love those stamps! Those are awesome!

Ok, sorry ?? I’d be happy to help have a look for you, I don’t see any errors on the page so I’m not exactly sure what’s going on here for you but I’m happy to have a closer look.

Is there any chance you could supply some screen shots of the settings you have on the Config tab for the gallery in question?

Please let me know how I can help ??

    Hi @akyusa01 ??
You are really kind and…I’m completely unable to solve the problem!
I try to explain, surely it will be a small problem that I do not understand.
Before updating the space between the pictures was normal (Like the envira demo: https://enviragallery.com/demo/masonry-gallery-demo/) – After the update I see irregular spaces between the pictures and disorder.
You can see my settings here:
    https://www.pandoracreazioni.it/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/enviraconfig.gif
All my blog galleries have the same settings but after the upgrade they have changed their view.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @vpandora ??

Thank you, could you give a specific link to one of the blog articles you see this on? I’ve clicked a couple but not seeing the issue immediately.

Also, are you on a retina screen by chance? (It could be that I’m not seeing the issue because I’m non-retina).

    Please let me know, thanks!

    Hi @akyusa01 ??
Thank you for being here to help me.
I am very confused, I have this view on my laptop (with firefox and I tried with ie) and on my android phone.
Maybe you can see a different view and I do not know why!
I try to show you this screenshot so you can tell me if you see the same!

…I didn’t make any changes but after the update the gallery is messy ??

    Thanks again!

    Hi ??

Ok, yes I see it now.

If you go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS you could try adding this CSS there (just copy and paste below the comment and click Save & Publish to save the changes):

    .envira-gallery-wrap .envira-gallery-public .envira-gallery-item img {width:100%;}

Please let me know if that helps ??

    Hi @akyusa01 ??
    Oh wow!
    It works!
I just added this part of code
    .envira-gallery-item img {width:100%;}
If I add all the code the images appear cut…
But…Why after this addition the images look less sharp? Anyway I will try to solve this problem, maybe I have to work on the css…

    Thank you very much @akyusa01!

    No worries ??

If we can help with anything else, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

    Thanks

I had exactly the same problem after the recent update, and the addition of this CSS fixed it.

    Hi @rudegoose ??
Can I ask if (after correction) the gallery images seem to be in low resolution?

Oh actually, yes now you mention it! I hadn’t noticed, but it is outputting the 200×300 images and stretching them. I guess this is the medium sized thumbnail. I don’t know what size they were before.

…it’s so strange! Before adding css the images in my gallery had a better resolution ??
I have to try to solve this problem!

    Hi guys ??

May I ask what image size you are using on the config tab? Is it cropped as well?

    Thanks

    Hi @akyusa ??
    Image size: default
    Image dimensions: 640×480 px
    Crop images: NO

With these settings before adding the code the image resolution was ok
If I enable crop images the images appear cut but the resolution is ok

    Thanks!

In my gallery settings, it is set to display large images (1024×1024), but in reality what seems to be displayed is medium, since the maximum dimensions are 300×300.

Hi guys ?? Hmm, I’m not able to reproduce the same issue. May I ask if any of you are running any Jetpack? Have you tried disabling all the plugins and the theme to see if the images still appears in this manner?

Can you also send a link through to the page in question?
