small selection of random images plug in – flickr -esque

Hi there,

I’m moving back to wordpress and have no experience with the plug-ins

I don’t store my pics on flickr – rather on my own web server.

How can I setup in the sidebar a selection of icons representing random images from my own photos on my own web server?

As I said in the title – flickr-esque

Any plug-in let me do this?

If the user clicks on the icon it should take them to the photo or to the gallery – I’m not that fussed…

Thanks for any tips. I’ve found some sites with plug-ins but have no idea which one is appropriate and don’t have the time to install and try them all…
