small problem with nicer archives

I know this is probably a simple fix, or its something I just didnt think to do….but Im going to ask anyway, because Im not exactly a php guru.

my site: https://www.pghjezebel.com/narchives.php

If you click on, lets say November 2004, the link takes you to:
https://www.pghjezebel.com/wordpress/?m=200411

Which gives the error of:
Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If I type in the url using:
https://www.pghjezebel.com/index.php?m=200411…it obv displays all the posts for Nov.

Any suggestions on how to clear this up would be appreciated!
