Small issue with exand toggling

    Enable code expanding toggling when possible cause a view issue with sixteen theme:
    line will become transparency (not only with classic, but also with dark theme: with all themes)

    also a question, sorry, what is the setting:
    Decode HTML entities in code
    Decode HTML entities in attributes
    (i’ve in ita, i don’t know eng text but i think is something like this).

    i cannot understood this settings, sorry ??
