Small Issue with checkout page (woocommerce)

Hi, I had a problem with the checkout page, the dropdown select results for states appears way up the page when you click on it to select your state, so it makes the customers confused and some didn’t complete the purchase, I tested deactivating every plugin and this is the one causing the issue so I deactivated it for now.
