Small issue and harder one with woocommerce

    I Probably an ajax issue somewhere. I don’t know where, I looked and the only place I found it, it is “No” for ajax. on woocommerce… I have a product that is on a subscription. both things are on this product. first the small issue. The subscription has it worded like this on one of the subscription pages: “$99.00 / month with 1 year free trial and a $997.00 sign-up fee”

    Where can I find to change one word on that statement to this:
    “$99.00 / month AFTER 1 year free trial and a $997.00 sign-up fee”

    Just that one word. I’m sure the $99.00 / month and the time after the word ‘with’ are dynamic, but the with, I think is hardcoded somewhere and I cannot find where, to change it to “after”.

    That is the small issue.

    The other issue is that if someone goes to the cart page after adding a product to the cart that has a coupon to it, and puts the coupon in, the content of the cart just vanishes.
    (leaving only the word: Cart; and also the footer.) I have to reload the cart and it is all back with the coupon applied. If I remove the coupon from the cart, it again vanishes leaving the same stuff (Cart + Footer).

    It does not do that if the coupon is added from the checkout page. Only the cart page.

    anyone have this happen before and know what could be causing it? As I stated at the outset, I’m sure it is a ajax issue… but I don’t know how to fix it myself.

    Can someone tell me what they did to fix it? What file it was found in and a work around I can see, that I can do myself?

    Here is a product with a coupon you can see: https://secure.actuatedmarketing.com/look/product/professional-video-production-team/ the coupon is on the page… the problem is only on the cart: https://secure.actuatedmarketing.com/look/cart

    I just tried an invalid coupon on the cart and it still vanished just trying to add anything… very odd.

    It seems you are experiencing multiple issues, let’s address these separately ??

    Please can you clarify which plugin you are using to enable subscriptions on your site, as this is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core. Once we have a better idea, we’ll be able to guide you more effectively.

    With regard to the cart issue, this is not something I am able to replicate when visiting your site. When applying the coupon “FreeVideoSetupFeb24” directly on the cart page, this is what I see:

    Does this perhaps occur on a specific browser? If you clear your browser cache, does this resolve the issue?

    If not, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots.
