Small inline CSS file

Hey team,

I am using contact form 7 RTL version.
There is CSS file that loads for the RTL version in my theme that has very little content.

/contact-form-7/includes/css/styles-rtl.css?ver=4.9.2

The content is:

span.wpcf7-not-valid-tip {
	direction: rtl;
}

.use-floating-validation-tip span.wpcf7-not-valid-tip {
	left: auto;
	right: 20%;
}

span.wpcf7-list-item {
	margin: 0 1em 0 0;
}

How can make this not load in my theme?
I will then add this as custom css in my theme.
Its just adding request and likely it will increase the load time.

I would appreciate your input on this.
