Small IE Template Errors

Hi,
I’m using the Black LetterHead theme. A a while ago I realised I need the sidebar in all of my theme so I deleted the themes old sidebar and put in a new one from the kubrick allsidebar theme. It worked well. I have no problems when viewing it trough IE. When I add my plugins to the page(Subscribe me, FavLinks, AJAXed Who’s online, a recent posts hack) IE gives me some strange errors (which you can see at the bottom left of the IE sidebar) like “line: 411, char: 5 error:permission denied” and two more sintax errors. What should I do? My page is not XHML conformant.. could that be the problem?
