Please remove space character after “$fbk_pixel_id” in facebook-pixel.php:
fbq(‘init’, ‘$fbk_pixel_id ‘);
and:
src=’https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=$fbk_pixel_id &ev=PageView&noscript=1’
