Small CSS/JS issue with BuddyPress and bbPress

I am using this awesome Twenty Fourteen theme with BuddyPress and bbPress.

I am facing some CSS/JS issue with BuddyPress and bbPress.

1. The site is loading TWO JQuery.
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.3
/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/js/jquery-query.min.js?ver=2.3.3

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.2.1

Is there any way to optimize the code so that it uses only one JQuery?

2. Too many CSS fixing needed to support BuddyPress and bbPress.

Has anyone done it? Pls share CSS fixing codes.
