Small change in the caption

Could you please change the following line:
$caption = ‘<p class=”caption”>’.$curr_image_caption.'</p>’;
to
$caption = ‘<div class=”caption”>’.$curr_image_caption.'</div>’;
<div> will be more flexible – will be possible to add <p> in the caption without any problems.
