Small cart enhancement suggestions

Hi,

I played for few hours with the plugin and noticed the improvement in the last versions.
However I think there is 2 features still missing.

First there should be an option to replace the cart (clear+add). With a long list of products, it’s almost impossible to remember what was initially in the cart. Updating the cart afterward could lead to confusion.
Last, the minicart doesn’t get refreshed after the products were added to the cart, unless there is a full post back.
The filter woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments is ignored, it should normally get updated during ajax_add_to_cart.

Hope you would consider these additions.
