small bug in login redirect

HI, you have a small bug in your rename wp-login.php and whitelist login.

When whitelist is selected on its own and you try and login to wp-login.php it gives you permission denied which is correct.

However if you setup the rename login to test-login for example and you go to that url domain.com/test-login from an outside IP address , the whitelist doesnt take effect and it displays the WP login modul without a permision denied error. Could you please fix for next release.
