Slugs with Cyrillic characters are imported as urlencode codes

  • Pretty much the title sums it up. Additionally ‘%’ character is replaced with ‘-‘.

    Sorry the problem actually is with the export function. As I looked into the xml file the <wp:post_name> content was url encoded.
