• Thought I’d be adding fields on a form, like amount, invoice number, etc. But then it just goes to paypal and all that information ends up getting put in again. So I could just link to paypal, which is all this does.

Could name it, “Link to Paypal After Hitting Send”.

    Hi bpwllc,

I don’t think you understand how this plugin works. You don’t add fields to a form, you link Contact Form 7 form fields to PayPal and they carry over for a sale.

    1. Please either start a support thread here regarding your problem or contact me at https://wpplugin.org/contact and I will be happy to help you for free.

    2. Please consider changing your rating.

    Thanks,
    Scott

I do understand how the plugin works. It links you to paypal once you click submit. Its a glorified link.

Not what I am looking for and not really paypal integration

    Hi bpwllc,

If I advertise the plugin as doing X, and it doesn’t do that, then that’s a problem. But if I advertise the plugin as doing X and it does X perfectly, then you can’t get upset that it doesn’t do Y. If you want Y, then look for another plugin which does Y or ask for the Y feature in the support.

As you said, its not what you looking for. That’s fine, but just because it’s not what you are looking for doesn’t mean it is deserving of low rating.

By giving this false rating you are misleading other users. Other users will think that the plugin has a problem and it is full of bugs; which is not true.

If everyone rated a plugin with a low rating just because it didn’t do what they wanted then it would be impossible to tell what plugins are actually good and what plugins are full of bugs.

Once again, I would like to offer my services for free. Please contact me and I will be happy to work with you and solve your problem, regardless if it is with my plugin or not or involves custom coding. But I do kindly ask that you adjust your rating for this plugin so as not to mislead other users.

    Thanks,
    Scott
