slug length issue – WP 5.0

Hello,
After I updated my WP to 5.0 that I found issue about slug length permalinks.
Its changed to short permalinks.
Example;
After WP5.0
https://www.hebxcsw.com/?????????????-?????????/
Before WP 5.0
https://www.hebxcsw.com/?????????????-?????????????????????-???????/I used a Longer Permalinks plugin for setting long permalinks.
How to fix its?
